Founder & Chief Executive Officer

My career has been built around solving real-world technical challenges.

For more than two decades, I have worked across renewable energy, solar manufacturing, automation, electrical systems, product development, and technical operations. Throughout that journey, I have had the opportunity to work on projects ranging from small remote power systems to large-scale utility solar deployments.

I have worked in manufacturing facilities, participated in product development and validation efforts, supported automation systems, commissioned equipment, solved field installation challenges, and helped bring renewable energy projects from concept through execution.

My work has taken me across North America and internationally, exposing me to a wide range of manufacturing environments, deployment conditions, and customer requirements.

During that time, I witnessed both the remarkable growth of the solar industry and the persistent challenges that continue to limit deployment opportunities. Many viable projects remain unrealized because conventional solar products cannot economically satisfy installation, transportation, structural, or operational requirements.

These observations became the foundation of Methodic Standard™.

Why Methodic Standard™

Over the years, I repeatedly encountered situations where solar energy could provide significant value, yet practical deployment barriers prevented adoption.

In some cases, buildings could not support the additional structural loads associated with conventional solar systems. In others, transportation costs, installation complexity, accessibility challenges, or environmental conditions made deployment difficult or uneconomical.

I also witnessed the transformative impact that access to electricity can have on communities.

One of the most meaningful experiences of my career was participating in projects that helped bring reliable electricity to communities that had never previously had access to modern electrical infrastructure. Seeing firsthand how access to power changes education, communication, healthcare, economic opportunity, and quality of life reinforced my belief that expanding renewable energy deployment matters.

At the other end of the spectrum, I have also participated in large-scale solar projects involving utility-scale deployments measured in megawatts, where manufacturing quality, logistics, installation efficiency, reliability, and execution discipline directly determine project success.

Those experiences helped shape a simple conclusion:

The future growth of solar energy will not be driven solely by improvements in photovoltaic efficiency. It will also be driven by expanding where solar can be practically deployed.

Methodic Standard™ was founded to help address that challenge.

A Manufacturing-First Perspective

Methodic Standard™ is built on practical manufacturing experience.

Throughout my career I have worked closely with production systems, automation equipment, testing programs, validation activities, electrical systems, process improvement initiatives, and commercialization efforts.

That experience has provided firsthand insight into:

    • Manufacturing scalability
    • Product reliability
    • Installation realities
    • Certification requirements
    • Commercial deployment challenges
    • Execution risk management

My approach has always been grounded in execution.

Ideas only create value when they can be built, validated, deployed, and supported successfully over the long term. That philosophy continues to guide Methodic Standard today.

The Vision

Methodic Standard™ represents the combination of decades of manufacturing experience, deployment experience, technical problem-solving, and a belief that renewable energy adoption can continue to expand through practical innovation.

Our mission is not simply to manufacture solar products.

Our goal is to help expand the practical deployment of renewable energy by developing solutions informed by real-world manufacturing and field experience.
